Tuesday 16 October 2018 (16:00 -18:00)
The foundation of buddhist thinking is the recognition that life can be difficult and painful, but that we can work with this.
In this course we will explore these foundational teachings through meditation, contemplation, and guided discussion.
The course will consist of five classes and will be held in the Art Room at the Salisbury Centre.
We will meet at 4:00, on alternate Tuesdays (16 & 30 October, 13 & 27 Nov, 11 Dec.)
We ask for a donation of £6 per class, £25 if paid in advance. Concessions are available.
